All burgers are served on a home-made roll and served with your choice of sweet potato or potato wedges

Home-made 200g beef patty in a Port-based basting, crisp salad leaves, tomato, gherkin, red wine and onion marmalade.
(De Krans Cabernet Sauvignon or Tinta Barocca would be a perfect choice)
The Chicken Burger
Grilled chicken breast fillet, crisp salads, home-made atchar and  Latana Boerenkaas shavings
(I would have a De Krans Chardonnay or maybe some Chenin Blanc)
The Ostrich Burger
Home-made 200g ostrich patty in Port-based basting, rocket, slivers of green fig preserve and a creamy blue cheese sauce
(Touriga Nacional or Tinta Roriz would do just great)
